Why Rayvoc

Other platforms stop at the agent. We run the calls too.

Most voice AI platforms hand you an agent and leave telephony, carriers, and per-minute billing as your problem — stitched together from three or four vendors. Rayvoc is the orchestration layer and the telecom layer: buy DID numbers in the dashboard, dial out through our network, or connect your own carrier over SIP. One integration, one invoice, no hidden stacking costs.

How it works

From prompt to phone call in three steps

  1. 1

    Define your agent

Write instructions, pick a voice, attach tools and your knowledge base. Use our managed models or point at any OpenAI-compatible endpoint.

  2. 2

    Attach a number

Buy a DID in 100+ countries from the dashboard, port your existing numbers, or route through your own carrier with BYOC SIP trunking.

  3. 3

    Go live

Inbound calls answer instantly; outbound campaigns dial on schedule. Monitor transcripts, latency, and outcomes in real time.

  • Keep your carrier: BYOC SIP trunking is a first-class feature, not a docs footnote

Frequently asked questions

What is Rayvoc?

Rayvoc is a voice AI agent orchestration platform. You build low-latency AI agents that answer and place real phone calls — with phone numbers, inbound and outbound calling, and carrier connectivity built into the same platform.

Do I need a separate telephony provider like Twilio?

No. Rayvoc provides DID phone numbers and outbound termination natively. If you already have a carrier you like, connect it over SIP with our first-class BYOC support and keep your existing numbers and rates.

Which AI models can I use?

Any LLM that speaks the OpenAI API — OpenAI, Anthropic, Grok, open-source models behind vLLM, or your own fine-tune. You can also bring your own TTS and STT engines, or use our managed defaults.

What languages do Rayvoc agents speak?

Agents speak 20 languages — including English, Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, and Portuguese — and automatically detect the caller’s language with no configuration. See the multilingual page for the full list.
